Effective June 4, 2026
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Marketplace Co-pilot, a seller assistant that helps organize Facebook Marketplace listings, buyer conversations, offers, follow-ups, approvals, and notifications.
Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple account, Facebook account, runner profile, and any Marketplace communications secure. You must only use Marketplace Co-pilot with listings and conversations you are authorized to manage.
You agree not to use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful discrimination, illegal goods or services, scraping unrelated data, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of buyers, sellers, platforms, or third parties.
Subscriptions and Billing
Marketplace Co-pilot offers a single Pro tier. Subscriptions are managed through Apple and RevenueCat. If you subscribe, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method management are handled by your Apple App Store account.
Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store subscription settings before the renewal date. Deleting the app or deleting your Marketplace Co-pilot account may not cancel an active App Store subscription; manage or cancel it through Apple.
Facebook Automation Disclaimer
Marketplace Co-pilot may offer an optional Facebook automation runner. The runner is seller-operated: you choose whether to run it, where to run it, and which Facebook account or browser profile it uses.
Automated access to Facebook or Meta services may violate Meta's or Facebook's terms, policies, technical restrictions, or account rules. You use the optional runner at your own risk, including the risk of account limitations, checkpoint challenges, suspension, lost messages, or other platform action.
Marketplace Co-pilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Facebook Marketplace.
No Legal Advice
Marketplace Co-pilot may help draft replies, organize negotiations, or provide reusable message templates. Those suggestions are not legal, tax, accounting, safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing messages, complying with platform rules and local law, and deciding whether a transaction is safe and appropriate.
Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Marketplace Co-pilot, Facebook, the runner, push notifications, subscriptions, or hosting providers will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendy Analysis Software Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost transactions, account restrictions, or buyer or seller disputes arising from use of the service.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions, contact acepci@gmail.com.
