Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Trendy Analysis Software Corp. processes information for Marketplace Co-pilot, a seller-operated assistant for managing Facebook Marketplace listings, buyer conversations, offers, and follow-up tasks.
Information We Collect and Process
When you sign in, we may process your Apple Sign-In identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address. The app also stores seller account settings, listings or items you manage, buyer conversation records, offer details, queue status, and approval history.
If you use the optional Facebook automation runner, the runner is operated by you and may collect buyer conversation data from your Facebook Marketplace inbox, including buyer names, message text, item references, offer amounts, timestamps, and any buyer personal information that appears in those conversations, such as phone numbers, pickup details, or addresses.
We also process RevenueCat subscription status for the Pro tier, App Store transaction status made available through RevenueCat, APNs device tokens for push notifications, runner pairing and health information, and operational logs needed to keep the service reliable.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate your account, sync and organize Marketplace conversations, suggest or track seller actions, queue follow-ups, send push notifications, enforce subscription access, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
We do not sell buyer or seller personal information. We do not use buyer conversation content for unrelated advertising.
Third-Party Services
Marketplace Co-pilot relies on Apple for Sign-In with Apple, App Store subscription management, and push notification delivery; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement status; and Vercel and Neon for application hosting and database infrastructure. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Marketplace Co-pilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. If you operate the optional Facebook automation runner, your use of Facebook remains subject to Meta's terms and policies.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account, listing, buyer conversation, offer, approval, runner, subscription, device, and audit information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.
You can request in-app account and data deletion from the app settings. The backend deletion endpoint, DELETE /api/v1/account, removes the seller account graph, including seller-owned items, threads, messages, offers, action approvals, runner links, runner instances, devices, subscriptions, and related audit rows, subject to any records we must retain for legal or security reasons.
